a. The Amendment changes the name of the condominium to Celebration Luxury Villas, a Condominium. Additionally, a leasing application provision is added, and short term rentals will be allowed. - Vote on and summary of the amendment to the articles of incorporation
a. The Amendment changes the name of the condominium association to Celebration Luxury Villas Condominium Association, Inc. - Vote on and summary of the amendment to the By-Laws
a. The Amendment updates the By-Laws to reflect that the name of the condominium association has been changed to Celebration Luxury Villas Condominium Association, Inc. - Vote on and summary of the request for the membership approval or material alterations and/or substantial additions to the common elements
a. Pursuant to Article X, Section C of the Declaration of Condominium, any Materials Alterations and/or Substantial Additions to the Common Elements must be 1) authorized by the Board of Directors and 2) ratified by the affirmative vote of 66-2/3% of the Total Votes of the Membership. The Board has authorized the acquisition and installation of two entry gates and perimeter fencing for the community and the expenditure of all funds necessary to cover the expenses associated therein. The Board intends to turn the condominium into a gated community. The Membership is being asked to ratify the Board’s authorization. - Vote on and summary of the request for the membership approval or material alterations and/or substantial additions to the common elements
a. Pursuant to Article X, Section C of the Declaration of Condominium, any Materials Alterations and/or Substantial Additions to the Common Elements must be 1) authorized by the Board of Directors and 2) ratified by the affirmative vote of 66-2/3% of the Total Votes of the Membership. The Board has authorized the acquisition and installation of signage to reflect the new name of the condomimium, Celebration Luxury Villas, as well as the expenditure of all funds necessary to cover the expenses associated therein. - Announcement of vote and outcomes
