A Board of Directors meeting will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2020, at 4:30 pm online via Zoom Meeting

MEETING AGENDA

To consider the question of whether the Association should submit architectural plans to Osceola County for review toward permitting and rebuilding of building 3024. The best estimated cost of this activity is approximately $20,000.

Owners who wish to speak will be given a maximum of 3 minutes.

Reopening of the Swimming Pool

Blossom Park Villas Pool Reopening

Dear Blossom Park Villas Residents,

Blossom Park Villas swimming pool is currently open at a 50% capacity limit for residents only (no more than 21 people at a time). No guests are permitted.

Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday, closed over the weekends (Saturday – Sunday)

The pool deck restroom facilities are open during pool operating hours, however, at this time, the gym and clubhouse will remain closed.

No pool floats or toys are allowed at the pool aside from safety flotation devices. Pool bathers must bring their own towels, and there will be no sharing.

Social distancing will be required in all areas, with all family groups maintaining a 6-ft minimum distance at all times. Pool deck furniture will be limited and spaced apart accordingly. Do not move the furniture.

We encourage residents to bring disinfecting wipes to sanitize areas before and after use.

Fire in Building 3024 – Update

1) We are working on the project. 

2) The architectural plans have been completed. The architect produced the final bid package which has been reviewed and approved.

3) The bid package has been distributed to contractors early this month. The deadline for the submission of the bids is June 3, 2020.

The bids will then be reviewed by the architect and the Board. The Board expects that some further questions and communications will occur involving the contractors.

When the Board believes the process has moved forward sufficiently, for the Board to make a recommendation, the Board will announce a meeting for discussion and making whatever decisions will be appropriate at that time.
